Alright its been a while I know. Been busy i guess u can say. My bodies had changes as well i don't have this weeks photo but i do have my most recent one. Its a 15 weeks photo my friend Amanda took its a lot better then the ones i have been taking theses days with my big belly in the way. My tummy has gotten a lot bigger as well as......*cough*cough* i wont go there lets just say there not the same size they once were. My belly has also gotten a lot more rounder and firmer with my uterus growing as well as the baby. I haven't had any problems so far so that's a plus no morning sickness bloating light headed the only thing i have now is bad acid indigestion and heartburn. I make sure i have a habit of drinking milk before bed and bringing the antacids with me. I am also have acne breakouts a lot more then usual i get them daily it sucks. My hormones are out of whack.I also am now limited to sleeping positions the best position for me is the left side it helps the baby get adequate blood flow and oxygen. But the doctor says there is nothing wrong with sleeping on my right side as well. As long as i do not sleep on my back it cuts the oxygen and blood flow down and not to sleep on my tummy well its kinda hard to do with a big tummy. I am currently 17 weeks and 3 days pregnant and in the 4th week of the first month of my 2nd trimester. Some facts about the baby the baby is roughly 5-5.6 inches long and weighs a little more than 5 ounces that's so far. The baby is developing quite quickly so far its reflexes such as sucking, swallowing, to blinking,The circulatory system and urinary tract,the baby's parchment-like skin is covered with fine, downy hair called lanugo. Eyebrows and hair begin to sprout, Your baby's fingers and toes become more distinct, Your baby's brain, muscles, and bones .Starting from most recent to least. I had my last doctors appointment at 14 weeks she weighed me i gained 9 lbs so far i went from 128 lbs to 137 lbs and still have a long way to go. We also talked about the quad screen test to check for down syndrome which was called triple screen with kali but we decided it was an unnecessary test for us it was a 50/50 test so theres not much u can do. We talked about how i was doing and problems i was having then we got to the good part. She checked for the heartbeat of the baby and i heard the heartbeat for the first time i was so happy to know that the baby was okay. My next appointment is October 14th as well as my first ultrasound which is also to let me know the sex of the baby and a more accurate permanent due date and to see if there is more than one baby or any defects as well. Now as for my next doctors appointment we will probably do the usual blood pressure, weight,and check the heartbeat of the baby as far as anything else unsure. After baby plans seeing as this is baby 2 and it is all the kids me and my husband want to have Jayson has taken the stand to get a vasectomy.
